Survey
Prior to any installation, we will undertake a thorough wall survey to make sure that the moisture content is within the requirements of the products being installed. If the walls contain too much moisture, then it will have a detrimental effect on the overall efficiency of the cladding. When moisture is present in the substrate as it is being installed, it can cause potential failures with the cladding.
Using a high quality Protimeter, we are able to accurately analyse the extent of the moisture content in your walls. This can be a non-destructive test as the meter can determine the moisture through the existing coverings. Should the results be inclusive, we can conduct further testing to get a definitive answer.
