Hygienic Ceiling Systems
Hygienic Ceiling Systems by HygienaClad
At HygienaClad, we specialise in providing high-quality hygienic ceiling systems tailored to meet the needs of commercial and industrial environments across the UK. Designed with functionality, durability, and compliance in mind, our ceiling solutions are perfect for spaces where cleanliness and hygiene are paramount.
Ceiling systems can be installed either directly to existing substrates or fixed to suspended MF grid systems.
Ceiling planks are available in 3, 4, 5 & 6 metre lengths, planks are 250mm wide and 10mm thick.
Simple accommodation of access panels during installation for access to essential services.
Why Choose Hygienic Ceiling Systems?
In environments such as commercial kitchens, healthcare facilities, and food production areas, traditional ceiling materials often fail to meet the stringent standards required. Hygienic ceiling systems offer a robust, easy-to-maintain alternative that ensures:
Enhanced Cleanliness: Non-porous surfaces prevent the build-up of dirt, grime, and bacteria.
Moisture Resistance: Ideal for areas with high humidity, our systems resist mould and mildew growth.
Ease of Maintenance: Smooth and durable finishes make cleaning simple and efficient.
Regulatory Compliance: Our ceiling systems meet health and safety standards required in critical environments.
Ceiling Installation
Hygienic ceilings can be mounted on most ceilings, the method of installation changes depending upon a number of factors.
Ceiling Planks Installation
Suspended ceiling systems can be mounted either directly to existing soffits, such as standard plaster and plasterboard ceilings, if the existing ceiling height is what is required.
If the ceiling height needs to be lowered, then the new ceiling can be suspended from the existing substrate on a Metal Framed (MF) grid system.
If the existing ceiling is a concrete slab, then the new ceiling will need to be installed using a MF grid system.
